Direct Mail Conversion Rates

In the digital world you’ll spend far more per converted customer because it’s easy, shiny and not as laborious as doing direct mail. But you could have a great result just by bothering with targeted direct mail campaigns.

You can target postcodes (I’ve stated many times, this is my favourite data point) and drive great results for all times of products and services. Even high-ticket offers get sold easier in better income-earning post codes.

To do this you just do some Google searches on real estate dot com dot au and find high selling suburbs.

If you do this it’s likely you will have your highest converting channel, albeit being low.
